Aster DM Healthcare Limited approves special dividend of Rs. 118 per share

The Board of Directors of Aster DM Healthcare Limited have approved declaration of a Special Dividend of INR 118/- per share on account of the receipt of proceeds from the sale of the GCC business and redemption of Redeemable Preference shares issued to the Company by Affinity Holdings Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned material subsidiary of the Company, on 49,95,13,060 equity shares of INR 10/- each payable to those shareholders whose names stand on the Register of Members of the Company as on the Record Date. The special dividend will be paid within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the declaration.

The Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the shareholders to the Special Dividend is fixed as Tuesday, April 23, 2024.

The Board has decided not to declare an interim dividend for the financial year 2023-24. The Board may consider declaration of final dividend for the financial year 2023-24 at the Board meeting considering the approval of audited financial statements for FY 2023-24.

Shares of Aster DM Healthcare Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 487.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 475.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 163483 in over 4632 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 497.85 and intraday low of 482.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 79785786.00.
