POWERGRID has successfully commissioned the Project in Tamil Nadu

Powergrid Corporation of India Ltd has announced that the project under "Transmission System for evacuation of power from 2X500MW Neyveli Lignite Corp. Ltd TS-1 (Replacement) (NNTPS) in Neyveli, Tamil Nadu" has been commissioned with effect from 10th February, 2024 for which Notification for Commercial Operation (DOCO) has been received on 10th April, 2024.

Shares of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 282.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 280.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 153209 in over 2805 trades.
