Moneyboxx Finance Ltd raises funds from promoters

Moneyboxx Finance on March 28, 2024, raised approx. Rs. 4.92 crores from the Promoters of the Company, pursuant to the allotment of 5,70,000 Equity Shares on exercise of warrants allotted on preferential basis. The promoters had earlier paid Rs. 3.36 crores at the time of subscription of warrants and the balance of Rs. 5.17 crores & Rs. 4.92 crores (approx.) had been paid by the Promoters of the Company on September 28, 2023 & March 28, 2024 respectively.

This Infusion of funds by the Promoters underscores their confidence in the Company's prospects and long-term strategy. This will help the Company to support its future growth ambitions, to augment its capital position and to improve its solvency. The Infusion also highlights commitment of promoters towards building a stronger franchise.

Shares of Moneyboxx Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 255.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 260.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9276 in over 205 trades.
