Reliance Power Limited announces debt settlement with Axis Bank Ltd

Reliance Power Limited has signed a Settlement Agreement with Axis Bank Limited (Axis) on March 14, 2024 for the purpose of the debt settlement. The entire obligations with respect to the borrowings of the Company has been settled.

Axis holds two equity shares of the Company and is neither a related party nor part of the promoter group.

Shares of Reliance Power Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 21.08 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 20.38. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3574683 in over 6827 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 21.30 and intraday low of 19.37. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 73111618.00.
