Aerpace Supercars Pvt Ltd enters into MoU with Wenzel DesignTec GmbH

Aerpace Supercars Private Limited, being subsidiary of Aerpace Industries Limited, have entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 9th March 2024, with Wenzel DesignTec GmbH, a distinguished entity in the design and manufacturing of milling machines, located in Hengersberg, Germany.

Through this Partnership, Wenzel DesignTec GmbH has committed to providing Aerpace Supercars Private Limited with discounted products and services, ensuring access to advanced Clay Milling systems and will also assist Aerpace Supercars Private Limited in setting up a design studio in India which will be used in Development of Car and Large sized Drone models for further Production use. This technology will significantly enhance our capabilities in design, milling, and modelling, driving forward our objective to develop eco-friendly and sustainable electric mobility solutions.

Furthermore, Aerpace Supercars has agreed to host prospective customers of Wenzel DesignTec GmbH at our facilities in India, offering a firsthand look at the sophisticated equipment in action and serving as a tangible reference for Wenzel DesignTec's exemplary systems and services.

Shares of Aerpace Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12.32 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12.57. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1183843 in over 714 trades.
