Valencia Nutrition Ltd fixes March 7, 2024 as record date for 15:10 rights issue

The Board of Directors of Valencia Nutrition Limited at their meeting held today, i.e. Wednesday, March 06, 2024 (Commencement time 02:30 PM and Conclusion time 04:20 PM) have considered and approved the terms of Rights Issue:

Rights Issue Size: Approved the issue of 83,78,012 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, for an aggregate amount of upto Rs. 21,78,28,312/- (Rupees Twenty One Crore Seventy Eight Lakhs Twenty Eight Thousand Three Hundred and Twelve Only).

Rights Entitlement Ratio: 15 (Fifteen) Right Equity Shares for every 10 (Ten) Existing Equity Shares held by the eligible shareholders as on the record date.

Rights Issue Price: Rs. 26/- Per Equity Share, including a premium of Rs. 16/- per Equity Share.

Record Date: Thursday, March 07, 2024 for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders entitled to receive the rights entitlement in the Rights Issue ("Eligible Equity Shareholders").

Rights Issue Period:

Rights Issue Opening Date: Friday, March 15, 2024
Last Date For Market Renuunciation: Tuesday, March 19, 2024.
Rights Issue Closing Date: Friday, March 22, 2024.
