Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd fixes March 16, 2024 as record date 5:1 stock split

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has fixed Saturday, March 16, 2024 as the "Record Date" for determining entitlement of Equity Shareholders for the purpose of split/ sub-division of existing Equity Shares of the Company, such that 1 (one) equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten only) each, fully paid-up, will be sub-divided into 5 (five) equity shares having face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupee two only) each, fully paidup, ranking pari-passu in all respects which was approved by the Equity Shareholders through Postal Ballot on March 01, 2024 as already intimated to the Stock Exchange vide our letter dated March 02, 2024.
