Stovec Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 17

The Board of Directors of Stovec Industries Limited at their meeting held today i.e. February 26, 2024 have, considered, approved and recommended final dividend of Rs. 17 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 170%) for the financial year ended December 31, 2023, and the same will be paid to the eligible members on or before its due date, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

Shares of STOVEC INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2644.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2602.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1218 in over 162 trades.
