Sawaca Business Machines Ltd has fixed Thursday, 07th March, 2024 as the Record Date, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of 4 (Four) Rights Equity shares having face value of Rs.1/- (Rupee One Only) for every 1(One) fully paid-up Equity shares held by the eligible Equity shareholders in the Company on Rights basis ('Rights Issue').
