Affordable Robotic & Automation Ltd's rights issue to open on Feb 26, 2024

The board of directors of Affordable Robotic & Automation Limited had approved the issue of upto 10,66,666 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 450 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 440 per equity share) aggregating upto Rs. 4,800 lakhs on a rights basis to the existing equity shareholders of the company in the ratio of 46 rights equity shares for every 439 fully paid-up equity shares held on the record date, i.e., Monday, February 12, 2024.

The issue opens for subscription on Monday, February 26, 2024 and closes on Thursday, March 7, 2024.

The last date for on market renunciation is Friday, March 1, 2024.
