Ginni Filaments Ltd transfers undertaking on slump sale basis

Ginni Filaments Ltd has transferred the Spinning, Knitting and Processing Undertaking situated at 110 KM Stone, Delhi-Mathura Road, Chhata, Kosi, Distt. Mathura (UP) - 281401 of the Company as a going concern on a slump sale basis ("Business Undertaking") with effect from 16th February 2024, subject to few conditions as specified in the Business Transfer Agreement dated 24th January 2024 which have been mutually agreed between the RSWM Limited and the Company to be completed shortly.

Shares of Ginni Filaments Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 39.13 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 40.18. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19311 in over 200 trades.
