Zodiac Energy Limited enters into PPA with UGVCL for procurement of solar power

Zodiac Energy Limited has entered into Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) on February 14, 2024 with Uttar Gujarat VIJ Company Limited (UGVCL) for Procurement of Solar Power on Long Term basis for Feeder level Solarization of 11 KV Agricultural Feeder(s) from (1) 2.852 MW solar power plant at 66 KV Chandarani Substation, (2) 1.239 MW solar power plant at 66 KV Didhiya Substation, (3) 1.558 MW solar power plant at 66 KV Khedbrahma Substation, (4) 2.746 MW solar power plant at 66 KV Vankaner Substation, (5) 3.533 MW solar power plant at 66 KV Golwada Substation, (6) 3.87 MW solar power plant at 66 KV Kheradi Substation, (7) 2.799 MW solar power plant at 66 KV Anlyor Substation, (8) 1.199 MW solar power plant at 66 KV Rahiyol Substation & (9) 2.00 MW solar power plant at 66 KV Poshina Substation under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evem Utthan Mahabhiyan (PM KUSUM) Scheme, Component C (feeder level solarization) aggregating 21.8 MW.

The above mentioned 21.8 MW PPAs are part of total allotted capacity of 26.8 MW by UGVCL to Zodiac Energy Limited.

Shares of Zodiac Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 272.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 266.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9503 in over 136 trades.
