MRPL declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited has declared an Interim dividend at the rate ₹1/- on fully paid up equity shares of ₹10/- each i.e. @ 10% for the Financial Year 2023-24.

The Board has fixed Friday, February 02, 2024 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend. The Interim Dividend would be paid to eligible shareholders on or before February 21, 2024.

Shares of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 175.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 177.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 230038 in over 3048 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 178.90 and intraday low of 173.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 40517552.00.
