Oberoi Realty Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Oberoi Realty Limited at their meeting held on January 22, 2024 has declared 2nd interim dividend for FY23-24 at the rate of Rs.2/- (Rupees Two only) per equity share i.e. 20 % of the face value of equity shares of Rs.10/- each.

Friday, February 2, 2024 shall be the record date for the purpose of payment of the said interim dividend, and the said interim dividend shall be paid starting from February 13, 2024.

Shares of Oberoi Realty Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1503.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1518.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7976 in over 698 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1546.15 and intraday low of 1491.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11980208.00.
