Persistent Systems Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 32 per share

The Board of Directors of Persistent Systems Limited at its meeting held on January 20, 2024, has approved payment of an Interim Dividend of INR 32 (INR Thirty-Two only) per Equity Share of INR 10 each for the Financial Year 2023-24.

The record date for determining the shareholders eligible for payment of interim dividend is fixed as Tuesday, January 30, 2024.

The Interim Dividend will be paid to the Members within a period of 30 days of its declaration by February 18, 2024.

Shares of Persistent Systems Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 7861.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7772.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15077 in over 3630 trades.
