Bannari Amman Spinning Mills Ltd enters into MoU for sale of Garment unit

Bannari Amman Spinning Mills Ltd has entered into Memorandum of Understanding with S.P.Apparels Limited for Sale/Transfer of its Garment unit located at Palladam Hi- Tech Weaving Park, Palladam, Tamil Nadu and Sale of 6.43 Acres of Land with Building situated at Site No. R-44, SIPCOT, Perundurai.

The purchase consideration is fixed at Rs.58.00 Crores.

Shares of Bannari Amman Spinning Mills Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 49.27 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 49.09. The total number of shares traded during the day was 66703 in over 626 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 50.00 and intraday low of 49.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3308926.00.
