Reliance Power Ltd enters into settlement agreement with DBS Bank India Ltd for its borrowings

Reliance Power Ltd for the purpose of debt settlement has signed a Settlement Agreement with DBS Bank India Limited (DBS) on January 05, 2024, in settlement of the entire obligations with respect to its borrowings. Till the time the loans are settled in terms of this Agreement, no legal proceedings shall be initiated in this connection.

Shares of Reliance Power Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 31.41 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 30.57. The total number of shares traded during the day was 92971860 in over 108112 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 32.99 and intraday low of 30.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2961115911.00.
