The Right Issue Committee of Genpharmasec Limited in its meeting held today, i.e., Wednesday, January 03, 2024, has fixed the record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders who will be eligible to apply for the Rights Equity Shares as Tuesday, January 09, 2024.

The Committee also approved the following schedule for the Rights Issue:

Issue Opening Date: 22nd January, 2024; and
Issue Closing Date: 09th February, 2024

Issue Price - Rs. 1.75/- per Rights Equity Share

Issue Size - Rs. 4845.05 Lakhs

Ratio - 1 (One) Equity Share for every 1 (One) Equity share held by the Shareholders as on record date.

Terms of Payment - Full amount of Rs. 1.75 per Equity Share is payable on application.

Shares of GenPharmasec Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4.78 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4.76. The total number of shares traded during the day was 481150 in over 1616 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4.80 and intraday low of 4.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2299530.00.
