Paisalo Digital Limited raises funds through NCDs and CPs

The Operations and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Paisalo Digital Limited ("Committee") at its meeting held today, i.e. Tuesday, December 19, 2023 has, approved issuance of upto 1800 (Eighteen Hundred) Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, NonConvertible Debentures, each having face value of Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh) aggregating upto Rs. 18,00,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Crores) ("Secured NCDs") on a private placement basis and approved terms of issuance of upto 240 Unlisted Commercial Papers (CPs) each having face value of Rs. 5,00,000 (Rupees Five Lakh) aggregating upto of Rs. 12,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve Crores) on a private placement basis.
