Capri Global Capital Ltd receives corporate agency license from IRDA

Capri Global Capital Limited is in receipt of Corporate Agency license from Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India for setting up of Insurance business.

The company expects to generate net Insurance Income Rs. 20 Crore(approx.) in FY 2024-25.

There will be expected approximate increase in variable cost in the range of Rs. 2-3 Crore on annual basis.

Shares of Capri Global Capital Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 764.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 778.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 56622 in over 401 trades.
