Welspun Specialty Solutions Limited has received orders for aggregative amount of Rs. 15.87 crore (including taxes) from a domestic, unrelated customer for supply of Duplex Grade Seamless Tubes. The said order is expected to be executed by March 2024.

The Company has received the said orders in normal course of business. The said transaction is not falling under related party transaction and is done at arm's length basis.
