Jagatjit Industries Ltd executes loan agreement with IREDA for Ethanol Distillery Plant

The Board of directors of Jagatjit Industries Limited had considered and approved to avail Term Loan of Rs. 180,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred & Eighty Crores only) from Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) having its Registered Office at 1st Floor, Core- 4A, East Court, India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi - 110003 (the "Lender") for setting up 200 KLPD Grain based Ethanol Distillery Plant at the Company's unit situated at Jagatjit Nagar, Village Hamira, Distt. Kapurthala, Punjab - 144802 for production of Ethanol from Grain.

The Facility / Loan agreement has been executed on 16th November, 2023.

Shares of JAGATJIT INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 215.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 218.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16484 in over 402 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 226.00 and intraday low of 214.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3591348.00.
