SEAMEC Ltd to acquire vessel 'SEA DIAMOND'

SEAMEC Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with M/s. SHIPS & BOATS OIL SERVICES, dated 17th November, 2023 for Purchase of Vessel "SEA DIAMOND", having IMO no. 9468865, Class: RINA, Year of Build 2011 and Shipyard - ABG Surat Shipyard - Surat, India, Flag - Sierra Leone, Place of Registration - Freetown, GT/NT- 1922/647.

The Purchase Price of the Vessel will be USD 7,000,000/- (United States Dollars Seven Million Only).

Shares of Seamec Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 879.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 866.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6041 in over 652 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 898.00 and intraday low of 851.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5328585.00.
