The Board of Directors of ADF Foods Ltd at its Meeting held on Tuesday, 31st October, 2023 declared a Special Dividend of Rs. 4/- per shares of face value of Rs. 2/- for the financial year 2023-24 in order to celebrate three decades of listing of the Company''s shares on the Recognized Stock Exchanges.
