Alphalogic Industries Ltd board recommends 1:1 bonus issue

The board of directors of Alphalogic Industries Ltd at its meeting held on 18th October, 2023 has recommended a Bonus Issue in the ratio of 1:1 (i.e. 01 share of Rs. 10 each for every 01 share held), subject to the approval of shareholders. The Board has fixed the record date to determine entitlement of eligibility of shareholders for Bonus Shares on Friday, 24th November, 2023.
