Astral Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Astral Ltd at its meeting held on 18th October, 2023 has considered and declared Interim Dividend for the financial year 2023-24 at the rate of Rs.1.50 per share of face value of Re.1/- each. The Record Date for determining the shareholders entitled for payment of the said Interim Divided has been fixed as 27th October, 2023. The Interim Divided shall be paid to the eligible shareholders after 27th October, 2023 within 30 days of date of declaration.
