IRCTC ties up with Zomato

In view of widening the range of options available to rail passengers for ordering food of their choice under IRCTC's E-Catering segment, IRCTC has tied up with M/s. Zomato Limited for supply and delivery of preordered meals through IRCTC's E-catering portal as a Proof of Concept (PoC) in the first phase at five Railway stations i.e. New Delhi, Prayagraj, Kanpur, Lucknow & Varanasi.

Shares of Zomato Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 113.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 111.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4209502 in over 19363 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 114.10 and intraday low of 111.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 475902773.00.
