Mahanagar Gas Ltd enters into JV agreement with Baidyanath LNG Pvt Ltd

Mahanagar Gas Limited ("MGL" / "Company") has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement ("JVA") with Baidyanath LNG Private Limited ("BLNG") to incorporate a Private Limited Company in India.

The Agreement has been entered for incorporating a Joint Venture Company (JVC) in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 for undertaking the business of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG).

Shares of Mahanagar Gas Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1140.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1134.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11824 in over 795 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1151.85 and intraday low of 1136.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13523354.00.
