Cressanda Solutions Ltd to acquire 51% stake in Mastermind Advertising Pvt Ltd

Cressanda Solutions Limited (the Company) has on 27th September, 2023 entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 51% stake in Mastermind Advertising Private Limited (CIN: U74899DL1996PTC077530), a company formed and registered under the Companies Act, 1956.

The 51% stake shall be acquired by issuance of such shares in Mastermind Advertising Private Limited on the price as may be determined by independent Registered Valuer.

Shares of CRESSANDA SOLUTIONS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 23.13 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 23.58. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4765105 in over 2337 trades.
