The Board of directors of Flexituff Ventures International Limited have on their meeting held on 4th October, 2023, considered and approved the terms of One Time Settlement (OTS) via letter number IFCI/MURO/M&R/FVIL/2023-0904002 given by IFCI Limited.

The said transaction is subject to completion of slump sale.
