Archean Chemical Industries Ltd receives incorporation for Neun Infra Pvt Ltd

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India ("MCA") on 03rd October, 2023 has approved incorporation of NEUN INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED with pending PAN allocation. The Company is yet to receive the Certificate of Incorporation (COI) of the said new entity which will be a Wholly Owned Subsidiary ("WOS") of Archean Chemical Industries Limited in the state of Tamilnadu.

Shares of Archean Chemical Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 609.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 589.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29673 in over 2215 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 612.45 and intraday low of 584.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17950713.00.
