Prism Johnson Ltd starts trial production at Panagarh greenfield project

Prism Johnson Ltd's greenfield tile production plant at Panagarh, West Bengal, with a production capacity of 6.3 MSM p.a., has commenced trial runs. The commercial production is expected to start during second half of October 2023.

With this expansion, the total tile production capacity of H & R Johnson (India) Division of the Company (along with the joint ventures) will increase from ~61 MSM p.a. to ~67 MSM p.a.

Shares of Prism Johnson Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 130.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 132.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5511 in over 259 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 133.60 and intraday low of 129.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 722244.00.
