Mawana Sugars Ltd resumes Distillery Operations at Nanglamal Sugar Complex, Meerut, U.P.

The Uttar Pradesh Excise Department has given its permission to transfer the molasses from Mawana Sugars Ltd's sugar units to distillery unit. Accordingly, the operations of Company Distillery at Nanglamal Sugar Complex, Nanglamal, Meerut, U .P. has been resumed w.e.f. 28th September, 2023.

Shares of Mawana Sugars Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 111.08 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 111.57. The total number of shares traded during the day was 43501 in over 1113 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 115.50 and intraday low of 110.73. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4924363.00.
