Amarjothi Spinning Mills Ltd temporarily suspends dyeing operations at Perundurai unit

The Dyeing Operations situated at M/s, Amarjothi Spinning Mills, (Dyeing Division) B unit, Plot No. E7, G12, SIPCOT Industrial Growth Centre, Perundurai Taluk, Erode - 638 052 has been temporarily suspended from 22nd September 2023 due to directions issued by Tamilnadu Pollution Control Board (TNPCB ) for discharge of trade effluent.

The necessary actions were taken by the management to follow the instructions issued by the regulatory. The company has corrected the findings observed by the TNPCB. The steps have been taken for resumption of normal operations.

Shares of AMARJOTHI SPINNING MILLS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 157.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 167.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42110 in over 455 trades.
