Manappuram Finance Ltd approves issue of NCDs for Rs. 1000 crores

The Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Limited ("Company") at its meeting held on September 21,2023 , approved the issuance of Secured, Non-Cumulative, Redeemable, Listed, Rated, Non-Convertible Taxable Debentures of face value of INR. 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees one lakhs) for an aggregate amount of Rs.1000,00,00,000 (Rupees One Thousand Crores Only) on private placement basis.

Shares of Manappuram Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 139.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 143.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 186332 in over 2284 trades.
