Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Ltd fixes Sep 16, 2023 as record date for 1:1 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of the Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited ("the Company") has fixed the Record date as Saturday, 16th September, 2023 in order to determine the number of shareholders entitled for Bonus Equity shares in the ratio of 1:1 (i.e., One Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up for every One Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up held as on the record date decided for this purpose).

The proposal for the issuance of bonus shares, which was presented at the Annual General Meeting held on August 24, 2023, has been duly approved by the company's shareholders. Subsequently, the company has obtained In-Principle approval from the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited on September 1, 2023, to proceed with the issuance of said bonus shares.

Shares of Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 778.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 778.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4955 in over 265 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 787.95 and intraday low of 771.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3856260.00.
