Brigade Enterprises Ltd acquires 6.54 acres land in OMR - Sholinganallur, Chennai

Brigade Enterprises Limited has announced that 6.54 acres of land parcel located at Rajiv Gandhi Salai (Old Mahabalipuram Road), Sholinganallur, Chennai was acquired from Pfizer Healthcare India Private Limited for an overall consideration of Rs. Rs. 138,83,33,346/- (Rupees One Hundred and Thirty Eight Crores Eighty Three Lakhs Thirty Three Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Six Only).

The company will be developing a residential project on this land parcel with an overall development of over one million square foot.

Shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 589.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 592.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 36336 in over 1606 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 610.35 and intraday low of 584.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 21667027.00.
