LIC acquires 6.660% stake in Jio Financial Services Ltd through demerger

Life Insurance Corporation of India has acquired 6.660% shareholding in "JIO FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD." through demerger action by "Reliance Industries Ltd." as per the notice by company dated 19th July 2023.

Shares of Life Insurance Corporation Of India was last trading in BSE at Rs. 663.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 651.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 65807 in over 3187 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 666.80 and intraday low of 652.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 43558993.00.
