Aeroflex Industries Ltd receives SEBI nod for IPO

Aeroflex Industries Limited, subsidiary of SAT Industries Ltd, that it has received a clearance from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), for its initial public offer (IPO) subject to submission of requisite documents as per the final observation letter dated 31st July 2023.

Shares of SAT INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 105.37 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 99.71. The total number of shares traded during the day was 85596 in over 853 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 107.05 and intraday low of 99.18. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8900031.00.
