Aegis Logistics Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of AEGIS LOGISTICS LIMITED at their meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, July 26, 2023, have considered and approved Interim Dividend of 250% i.e. Rs. 2.50/- (Rupees Two and Fifty paise Only) per equity share of face value of Re.1/ during the financial year 2023-24.

The board has fixed Thursday, August 03, 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of aforesaid Interim Dividend. (The Interim Dividend shall be paid on or before August 25, 2023.)

Shares of Aegis Logistics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 372.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 374.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 25883 in over 1038 trades.
