Steel Strips Wheels Ltd's promoters reduce pledged shares from 8.70% to 5.78%

Steel Strips Wheels Ltd (SSWL) has announced that the promoters alongwith the persons acting in concert holds 98103643 equity shares in Steel Strips Wheels Limited, which is 62.68% of the total paid up capital of the company and out of which 13618530 equity shares were pledged which is 8.70% of total paid-up capital of the company and 13.88% of the total promoter shareholding. On 15.07.2023, 4573530 shares were released from pledge. Accordingly, now the total number of shares pledged has reduced to 9045000 which is 5.78% of the total paid up capital of the Company and 9.22% of the total promoter shareholding. Promoter has further informed that further de-pledging is imminent.
