Menon Bearings Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 2.25

The Board of Directors of Menon Bearings Limited at its meeting held today i.e. Saturday, 15th July, 2023, have declared interim dividend for the financial year 2023-24 of Rs. 2.25 per Equity Share (i.e. 225% of paid-up share capital of the Company) having face value of Re. 1/- each.

The Board of Directors confirmed Monday, 24th July, 2023 as 'Record Date' for determining the eligible shareholders who will be entitled for payment of the said interim dividend.

The said interim dividend will be credited / dispatched to the shareholders from Thursday, 27th July, 2023 to Monday, 31st July, 2023.

Shares of Menon Bearings Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 144.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 142.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 51153 in over 1079 trades.
