Exhicon Event Media Solution Limited ("the Company"), entered into an exclusive partnership agreement with AP SAYA TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD ("APPSAYA"), a Company incorporated in Malaysia having Company Registration No: 1166861-K.

The partnership agreement records the terms and conditions with respect to the services provided by the APPSAYA to Exhicon and the inter- se rights and obligations and other matters in connection therewith.

1. Event Registration and Management technologies

2. Business - Matching & Networking (Online Business Community platform for Business Events)

3. Printing solutions for Event badges, wristbands and lanyards

4. Expertise and consultancy advice to contribute to the steady improvement of the events, notably on Business Networking and Attendees' experience;

Exhicon to be exclusive partner to facilitate APPSAYA and Exhicon's clients for Event Technology, Business-matching & Networking solution businesses in India and United Arab Emirates (UAE).
