CreditAccess Grameen Ltd completes Transaction of ₹ 594.12 Cr. through Direct Assignment of portfolio loans

CreditAccess Grameen Limited has completed a Direct Assignment transaction amounting to ₹ 594.12 Cr. during the month of June, 2023.

The entire Direct assignment pool qualify for Priority Sector treatment as per the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India.

During the quarter ending June 2023, the Company has raised total funds of ₹2,958.21 Cr. through Term loans, ECBs and Direct assignments.

Shares of CREDITACCESS GRAMEEN LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1248.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1325.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1132721 in over 14676 trades.
