India Grid Trust and Sterlite Power Transmission Ltd decide to discontinue PMS for NER II Transmission Ltd

India Grid Trust ("IndiGrid") and Sterlite Power Transmission Limited ("SPTL" or "Project Manager") have decided to discontinue Project Manager services (PMS) for NER II Transmission Limited (NER). Accordingly, the Investment Manager has executed the "Deed of Termination" dated June 30, 2023, for existing Project Implementation & Management Agreement executed for NER ("NER PIMA"). Further, IndiGrid Limited will continue to act as a Project Manager for NER.

Shares of India Grid Trust was last trading in BSE at Rs. 137.96 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 135.37. The total number of shares traded during the day was 32371 in over 351 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 141.10 and intraday low of 135.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4444836.00.
