K P Energy Ltd declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 0.20

The board of directors of K.P. Energy Limited has approved and declared the third interim dividend at 4% i.e. Re. 0.20 (Twenty Paisa Only) per equity share having face value of Rs. 5/- each of the Company, for the financial year 2025-26.

The Record date for the same pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations shall be January 28, 2026.

The dividend shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration to the shareholders entitled thereto.
