Wendt India Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 20

The Board of directors of Wendt (India) Limited at its meeting convened today has declared an interim dividend of 200% i.e. Rs. 20/- (Rupees twenty only) per equity share (on a face value of Rs. 10/-) for the year ending 31st March 2026. The Record Date for determining the members eligible to receive aforesaid interim dividend is Wednesday, 28th January 2026. In the case of shareholders opting for NECS/ECS, the dividend would in the normal course be credited to their accounts by Wednesday, 18th February 2026. In the case of shareholders opting physical mode of payment, the same will be dispatched by Wednesday, 18th February 2026.

Shares of Wendt (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 6793.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7117.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1222 in over 380 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 7091.50 and intraday low of 6605.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8343827.00.
