Bhagyanagar India Limited updates on land sale

Bhagyanagar India Limited has executed a Sale Deed on June 28, 2023, effecting the sale of the Company's unused factory land of 3 acres situated at Plot No A3 Block No IIT of Serial No.1 of IDA Uppal Kancha Ranga Reddy District 500003, for a consideration of Rs. 42,62,80,000/- (Rupees Forty Two Crores Sixty Twso Lakhs Eighty Thousand Only)" on the terms and conditions mentioned therein.
