Regency Fincorp Ltd to raise funds through NCDs

The Board of directors of Regency Fincorp Limited have considered and approved appointment of Vistra ITCL (India) Limited as Debenture Trustee for issuing Unlisted Secured Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis.

The Board considered the approved Letter of offer for issuing of 8500 Unlisted Secured NonConvertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 1000/- each on private placement basis.

Shares of Regency Fincorp Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 10.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 9.83. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8295 in over 63 trades.
