Grasim Industries Limited approves NCD issue of Rs. 2000 crores

The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Grasim Industries Limited, has considered and approved the issue of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis, for an amount not exceeding Rs. 2,000 crore, in one or more tranches.

Shares of Grasim Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1716.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1748.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10074 in over 1114 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1748.30 and intraday low of 1712.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17372978.00.
